DealCrunch Pro is operated by PropZura Inc. This policy explains what we collect, what we do not, and how to get off the list.

Calculator inputs

Numbers you type into any calculator are processed in your browser while you work. They are not sent to our servers unless you choose a gated action: save a deal, email yourself the analysis, or download a report. A saved deal stores the calculator inputs with your email so you can reopen them. If you refresh without saving, the numbers are gone.

Email

To save deals, send reports, or join the list, you leave an email. We store that address, the page or action you signed up from, and the time you joined. Storage is a Supabase Postgres database accessible only with a server-side service role. We use Resend to send a welcome message, analysis summaries you request, and occasional product notes (app launch, PropZura). We do not sell this list. We do not share it with advertisers.

Unsubscribe

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it sets an unsubscribed timestamp. You can also email hello@dealcrunchpro.com and ask to be removed.

Tracking

We do not run advertising pixels or a public analytics package on this site. Server logs on the host may include IP addresses for security and rate limiting (for example, subscribe attempts).

Cookies

An httpOnly session cookie is used for the founder admin dashboard after login. A separate signed httpOnly cookie remembers the email you used for gated actions (save, share, reports) so we do not ask again. There is no password in this version. Use “Not you?” to clear it.

Children

This site is for adults analyzing real estate. We do not knowingly collect emails from children under 13.
