These terms govern your use of DealCrunchPro.com, operated by PropZura Inc. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Informational only

Calculators and articles are estimates based on numbers you enter. They are not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. They are not an offer to lend, buy, or sell property. Real deals depend on inspections, appraisals, contracts, local law, and your own judgment. Talk to a licensed professional before you wire money.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that formulas match every lender overlay, that uptime is perfect, or that a result is suitable for your transaction. To the fullest extent allowed by law, PropZura Inc. is not liable for lost profits, lost deals, or consequential damages arising from use of these tools.

Your inputs

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you type. While you work, calculator inputs stay in your browser. If you save a deal, those inputs are stored with your email so you can reopen them. Do not paste other people's confidential files into a public computer and assume they are gone.

Email list

If you subscribe, you agree we may email you product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time. We may remove addresses that bounce or look abusive.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, attack, or overload the subscribe endpoint. Do not use the site to violate law. We may rate limit or block traffic that threatens the service.

California law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above will change. Continued use after an update is acceptance.
